For the past three years, she has served with APEL Health Services as a Certified Health Educator, providing compassionate, client-centered support to individuals throughout the community.

 

Latina takes great pride in offering personalized care, empowering her clients with the knowledge and resources they need to improve their quality of life. Her passion for service, commitment to wellness, and dedication to giving back make her a valued contributor to APEL’s mission and to the Jacksonville community she calls home. She is an Author, Speaker, Business Owner & Community Leader.

APEL Health Services Center, Inc. (APEL), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was founded as an HIV/AIDS outreach program in Jacksonville/Duval County, Florida in 1999 and incorporated as an independent agency receiving IRS tax-exempt status in June 2005.
